Documents required
- A passport from any country, or
- a biometric residence permit (BRP), or
- a national identity card from an EU country or from Norway, Liechtenstein or Switzerland
Using your smartphone or tablet: Upload a photo of yourself holding your passport or any other acceptable identity documents
- If you can’t upload photos, you’ll need to book an appointment or post photocopies
After your application: you’ll receive an email telling you what to do after submission
